Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot issue a refund or accept a return on custom products or special orders such as subscription boxes and breast milk soap.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If skin irritation occurs please discontinue use immediately and contact us. We will refund the purchase price of a product in situations of skin discomfort if reported in the first 30 days after purchase. As a reminder, soap is to be used externally only. Please keep out of eyes. Don't eat the soap. Soap is designed to get you clean. We make no cosmetic or medical claims regarding handmade soap. If you are displeased with the scent we are more than happy to recommend another fragrance that might be more to your liking.
